Fees

Fees typically range between $85 and $275 per session depending on service and session length.
Specific rates are available within your client portal and can be discussed at any time.
A limited sliding scale may be available based on significant need.

Insurance

RiverBend Wellness is an in-network provider for Pacific Source, OHP, First Choice, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, and AETNA.
If you are insured through another network, your insurance may reimburse for
out-of-network providers.
We would be happy to provide a form for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider about what services
may be covered.

Payment

Cash, Check, and Credit Card are all accepted forms of payment.
An invoice will be sent following appointments with payment due upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Please call or text 24 hours in advance
if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced and all no-shows
(unless due to a crisis or medical emergency)
will be subject to a full session fee,
which is not covered nor reimbursable by insurance.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Like any other medical office your health information is protected by HIPPA Privacy Rules. Also, like any other medical office, HIPPA Privacy Rules defines exceptions to confidentiality. These exceptions include: reports of danger to self or others, reported abuse of a child, elderly or disabled person, and a court order.
