Couples

No relationship is perfect, and every couple will at times disagree and face conflict. What’s crucial is how that conflict is managed. Perceptions, expectations, judgments, and hurt can cause disappointment and resentment, erode trust, impede healthy communication, prevent healthy resolution to conflict, and ultimately destroy relationships. Through respectful, collaborative, solution-focused conversations, we can increase empathy, improve communication, and resolve conflict while rebuilding
and strengthening relationships significantly.

Through counseling, couples can address a variety of issues, including (but not limited to):

Learning to communicate assertively and effectively

Learning ways to solve conflict respectfully

Learning to set healthy boundaries

Rekindling fun and romance

Improving emotional intimacy and trust

Improving sexual intimacy

Healing from infidelity

Coping with difficult life transitions

Finding balance in relationships, parenting, and self-care

Managing the stressors of parenting that naturally arise
